The return of RvB...

Well, if there are any of you die-hard RvB fans here at Interlopers, this is the thread for you.

Rooster Teeth just released the first episode for the brand-spankin' new Red vs. Blue series "Red vs. blue: Reconstruction:

http://rvb.roosterteeth.com/home.php

Rooster Teeth has started it out on a rather serious note rather than senseless comedy, but there is a slight hint of humor in it. None of the original characters have made the screen just yet, but I have a feeling that they will somehow fit in to the plot.

Can't wait for the next episode.

PS: If you don't already own the entire first series, Rooster Teeth now offers the entire first series in a complete DVD box set for $70, check it out in their store.

=O

EDIT: Watched it, and, being the die hard RvB person I am, already understand the basic plot. And I heard 1 name I recognized from the old series. Anyway, for all you retards out there, "The Agency" is the place that did the experimental AI program, or at least were somehow involved in training Tex/Omega. Oh yeah, and it also seems Tex has been taken over. Again.

Either she's been taken over, or she's helping the AI. If you recall in the final episode of the first series, Omalley (The AI) explains briefly to Church how Tex would follow the strongest person, and Tex agreed with him.

That's a bit of a fuzzy explanation, but I know for a fact that was in there. Also, the guy who sort of got sent back in time at the end, he sounds a lot like Church. I have no reason to doubt it's the same voice actor.

To me, this new series looks like it's going to be pretty awesome, I just wonder how RT will fit the old crew into Halo 3 since the original series ended in Halo 2. Another time jump would just be redundant.
