I don't know whether to be pissed they've strayed again from the story like all typical video game to movie creations go, or to be excited that it really does look cool in terms of a general movie!

And they need to stray from the story a bit otherwise they'd be nothing new for you to see.

I saw that trailer as well and this trailer is definitly extended... I guess your right about the story...
