Mine would be Big Fish, The Godfather Parts 1 and 2 (I didn't like the Part 3), El Crimen del Padre Amaro and Cidade de Deus.

Most of your lists are pretty inclusive of mine. One movie I'm surprised hasn't surfaced would be Gran Torino. Or am I the only one that really liked this movie? Some additions:
