Hmm, what to say, what to say?

Well, I will start off with the basic gibberish that comes with an introduction. My name is Matt and I am a 15 year old living in the United States (sounds like a add for love sites). Anyway, I first wanted to be a programmer/coder, but I could never strike up the motivation to actually conform to it. However, before that I was working with photoshop and it really interested me, so I thought of something else that I could get into and would have the motivation for. Here recently I have just gotten back to photoshop and recently picked up mapping for the Valve games. It is really quite fun. My mainstream goal now is to actually keep with it and hopefully degree in it in college. I also hope still to learn some web based coding just for a bigger knowledge base.

So, now that the uninteresting intro is over I just want to say this: There are a lot of very talented people on this site and they are really inspiring me to work hard, but for now I am really very new to this and am taking the learning process in a different way then most people are.

Thanks,

Matt.

Hey, thanks for actually giving a proper introduction and typing correctly! Although I've noticed you've been necro-bumping portfolios which is bad!

Also if you're trying to get into the industry a degree doesn't mean much. It's much more experience oriented so just try to do as much as you can and you might not even have to spend the money on school.

The bumping of old topics, in the sense of bumping, is by all means not what I am trying to accomplish. There are just a few things that really catch my eye that must be commented on. I shall work on this though.
