Well hey there

Hey, I've been lurking here for a while looking and watching. Thought it might be finally time to join. I've mapped for 2 years in TF2 and am currently working on a map called Propane. I've been looking into the modding community/hl2 mapping community for a while now and want to start in here somewhere at some point slowly.

Having enough trouble getting hammer set up for a basic getting started mod, since my hammer has black viewports in Source 2007 and it wont let me create a mod under Source 2009, so I've tried manually configuring 2009 hammer to work with the mod, and it does but my mod is essentially a copy of ep2 for some reason. Blarg, things aren't looking good for me, eh?

I actually think limitation is good for creativity. If we had an engine that could do everything, we would be in trouble. It gives us focus. ~~ Randy Lundeen

Create the mod under 2007 then manually add it to the 2009 config.
