As for too many first names being used. I am pretty sure I saw Kremator at a party one night but had no clue what his real name was and figured I would look like an ass if I walked up and said something to him addressing him as Kremator if it was not in fact him. So I think it is cool to know peoples real names.

Not gonna lie, I don't have any issues with using the pseudonym until I get their real name out of them in person. Admittedly I've never had to address anyone as 'leet pussy destroyer' though.

I used to play left4dead with some internet people and when we met up we just called each other by our handles to avoid confusion. It was funny how comfortable I was calling a human being "Nailbunny".
