Team commands in HL2DM?

Hello.
I want to introduce team commands in a HL2DM-based mod.
Can anyone give me an idea how to set up a ConCommand that can output those special chat-lines (like in CS) and play a sound that's hearable by everybody in the team that accounts for your team?

I don't need all of this stuff to be done. (the special chat lines and the team-hearable sound will probably suffice to me).
