On Game Rules CreationStringChanged: missing gamerules class

I get this error when I load any map in my mod.
OnGameRulesCreationStringChanged: missing gamerules class 'CTFGameRules' on the client.

All I did was clone the crossbow, and add it to the stubb file. Neither one returns any compile error. I use GREP to search CTFGameRules, and it returned no results.


Any help?
