VGUI Panels and storing information

Hey there guys :)

I'm currently doung a young scientist project on "The development of an educational computer game to help combat bullying in schools." But I seem to have come up against a few problems. My initial idea that I have used in my proposal is to create a game that would show the student three scenarios of bullying and after the player went through the scenarios, he/she would be asked questions that would help teachers know if they're being bullied or not. This is the part I am stuck on:

When the player has done the questions at the end of the game through VGUI Panels I was wondering if it's possible to store the answers to the given questions into some form of log saved on the teachers computer or a place were the teacher can access the answers.

In short: How do I get answers that a player has chosen in a VGUI Panel, saved into a log/text file?

I plan on installing one copy of Half-Life 2 onto the server and then running steam on all the other computers in offline mode so that I can gain access to hl2 and play my modification. Please if anyone can give me an answer to the situation :)

Thank you.
Scott.
