Viewcontrol and Multiplayer

While testing my mod I noticed a quite annoying bug. If there are 2 players (Haven't tested with more), the view-control will only take over the view of one of the players. I've been attempting to fix this using player loops and other methods, but just can't seem to get it working.

What exactly am I doing wrong here? I'm hoping I'm just missing something simple, which is causing it to not work correctly. I've been working on this for countless hours, and have made no progress.

I'm not a great coder, and I've been mostly attempting to learn as I've worked on my mod, so don't be too surprised if I left something in there a mess.
