Walking Sway

So I've been working on a horror modification for the past year or so (I'm more of a mapper than a coder) and I was wondering how I might be able to add some sway to my first person camera as the player walks to simulate realistic camera movement. Thanks.

Apparently you can add a viewbob by following this tutorial
http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Camera_Bob

AFAIK the same thing was used in Nightmare House 2, and it looked half-decent.

Their head bob was over the top. made me want to puke.

Bunch of babies, I hardly noticed it till I got side tracked and noticed it....
