Ok guys, VERY basic understanding of how coding even works. How would I make a hud blur effect similar to that of crysis or halo 3? My mod is using ep2 engine and when the character looks up, down etc nothing really happens, and Garrys mod IMO had a very weak version. So would I have to code it? considering I want it to be similar like the games I mentioned.
