Problems with ironsights and dialogue

Hey, I recently got invited to help out a friend with his project which looks rather promising even though it's still only in an early alpha.

I must say that my programming skills are rather bad, I can understand the code but in a project as big as the source engine I have a very hard time navigating all the dependencies...

Now to my first problem, I followed this guide: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Ironsights

First note, this is a singleplayer mod so I did the edits that the contributor told me to do towards the end of the wikipage.

The ironsights work, however they are a bit glitchy while I aim down them. I can't find a better way to describe it than to say that the ironsights gets displaced if I don't aim perfectly horizontally, if I aim upwards or downwards the ironsights aren't lined up with the crosshair anymore.

Now, is there any chance that anyone could tell me how to fix this? I'm totally lost and I have no idea what needs to be done to not have this problem.

The dialogue problem has been fixed, thanks to Zombie@Computer! :)

Dialogue problem has been fixed, the Ironsight problem remains.

My friend told me there's something different about the weapon/hand in the mod we're making, it doesn't move as much, less headbop and so on compared to HL2:EP2.

That Ironsight tutorial is pretty useless compared to the other one.
