Prolly gonne use this topic for all my upcoming questions seeing the forum is kinda dead, and else the forum will be full of my topics :p

Code: Select all
CBasePlayer *pOwner = ToBasePlayer( GetOwner() );

Why is there a asterix here? -> *pOwner <-

It means a pointer to the class CBasePlayer is declared. Read my post in your other topic, as I won't bother explaining this, as there is more to it.
You click on Build or type
make (or some equivalent), and you are astonished, then mortified, as you realize that the whole world is being
recompiled and relinked!

This is really basic c++...

Read this ENTIRE tutorial before continuing.

http://cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial/

it is the least you can do. Shouldn't even take you more than an hour or so.
