Source SDK Base 2013 Update

Last week there was an update that pushed Source 2013 SDK Base to the TF2 branch. However, it was rolled back the next day or something because of crash issues with mods. Does anybody know if it's safe to integrate this code branch yet?

Working with the PVK team, they updated on the day and had problems initially but were fixed the next day by Valve. Things seem to be working normally. I wouldn't trust me though I don't touch the code.

Apparently the binaries that go along with the code update were rolled back, so even though I can get the update to compile, I can't actually test it. :S
