Updated with shots of my latest Canadian Army project, am moving off swat4 now onto the Unreal 3 engine for my final year university project, so i'll update with shots of whatever i make when i make it :)

WOW i thought i was good at mapping i guess i thought wrong!!! im only 14 but i have been designing maps for 2 months now and i don't play video games anymore i love what you have done using hammer but im going to try that UNrealed thing u mentioned AMAZING JOB!!!

Hey, sorry i totally missed your question here, if i remember correctly the neon sign was just a model with a texture applied to it that had the

"$selfillum" 1

property added into the VMT for its material file. What this did is make the red bits glow (but not the central metal bits as they are virtually black and black doesn't illuminate noticeably). Hope i got that right and it helps :)

Hi, and thanks :) I work in the racing studio at Codemasters so only racing games at the mo (Dirt2), not overlord i'm afraid
