Absolutely spot on there! I didn't "make" that texture as such, it was a filter plugin I used to create a repeating blend texture that could be used for a kind of organic, internal organ/skin style map I was going to create called jb_hell. It was going to be modelled on the large intestine of the human body, with the bowels and stomach acting as the jails, with skin flaps, valves and various other elements making up doors, and executions involving bile and vomit.
Unfortunately, the map just didn't work out, as sometimes is the case, and I abandoned it around half way through, primarily because I couldn't make the map flow well, and keep movement fluid, and appear entirely organic without making sacrifices which affected one or the other adversely. I might come back to the concept in the future though, as I think it would be awesomely strange to fight in, and very atmospheric if I get the gurgling and rumbling sounds right.
