So i read this webdesign book, and had to re-learn everything pretty much. but i came up with this new design for moddersunite. Tell me what you think

I like the diagonal stripey background, looks nice and soft.

I'm not really a fan of that yellow and the gradient. Also, you might want to check your curved corners, they haven't gone properly transparent.

Also, I'm guessing you'll change the font at some stage? A bit more work to be done, but you'll get there

hmm backround should not be so distracting and i dont like that moddersunite text on it, maybe it should not be on transparent backround and instead on main panel. if you know what i mean. also that computer picture looks odd, maybe you should blur its borders to make it blend better or remove it from top of backround to main panel also.

I really dislike it, it seems oddly proportioned and the colours and background are vulgar. It doesn't really all come together. Good start but needs more asthetically.

thank you i apperciate all the feed back. atleast i think im on the right track to being a better web designer lol. and yes i was planning on changing the font, and contrast of the text later on.

also the logo, is deffintaly not offical, it just for refrence

i'll most likly be replacing the orange gradient with a flash file later on to get users attention on the newest products, rigs, etc


registration is almost up, im working on the products page so people have something to look at when they sign in
