Feedback on a design

Hello!

It is player community website. I would like to hear some feedback and I am out of ideas. Maybe there are more problems than one, but that logo. I have been thinking to burn it in page, but I am not sure that it would even help.

Looks fairly neat, but the bar on the right with all the text looks a bit over used on writing. Can't read the text, low res image. Is it Russian also?
Other than that, the logo, a depending on the style, the banner looks a bit bland. Maybe it could have some sort of artistic pattern behind it.

yeah... it is russia

mostly just talk about games, history of ww2

but I would like to know opinion about design, not content as it is bit irrelevant.

theme of site is more or less war games or online war battles...
though that you porobably can get from name of the site.

oh yeah and some help with that logo would be great...
as it look totally out of place

That looks quite nice, the text logo does look much better, the older one, no offence, looked like a paint logo, fairly pixelated.

The page looks clean too, but I assume its serving its purpose well as it is.
I always thought myspace was a real mess, but that served its purpose nonetheless.
