Contains PHP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop, Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Great site!

k10k.net (in their newsfeed section) always has some interesting stuff to look at, as does designiskinky.net
If nothing else, these two can be used for inspiration.

Hello, I have never made a map myself, or even seen something what you need, so are there programs you need to download en things you really cant do, and things you must do? If there's someone who'd like to help me out please contact me.

I think you will get more answers by posting in the correct thread, your question has nothing to do with web design or programming...

Why isn't mootools mentioned?

You should really add www.abduzeedo.com and www.smashingmagazine.com for loads of inspirational stuff, tutorials and daily updates on anything graphic, web-design, etc related...
