Oh okay,

The reason that bit is down at the bottom right is because it doesn't have enough room to be adjacent to the content. If you float two objects side by side then the container has to have enough room to acommodate the two floated divs. You need to add padding, margins and borders to the total width.

In your case, set the margin to 10px on the #rightcont and it will pop back up to where it should be.
