... Zip all map files together. Host the file there, don't bother with e-mail adresses etc, just upload the map. When you've uploaded you'll get a link.

If you refer us to that link we can download.

those pictures just make me think, wow the lamer.
its very bland, boxy, lighting is pretty aweful, no cubemaps and the bathroom tiles or what ever used on the side of the building is just wrong, sorry but its wrong.
A dock yard or what ever this should be is VERY easy to make in hl2, you already have the props and the textures.
heres a few tips to make a better map:
-Never ever ever ever ever let the player see down below your map, just wrong.
-Think about prop placement, don't clutter but don't be too scarce.
-Make sure stuff is coming from somewhere, lights from a lamp, ropes from a hook, just something

a map can easily be made interesting with even the most bland of locations, just use a little imagination.
