this is my first attempt at a multiplayer level, so being an old-skool mapper i tend too keep things as light as possible. this map has come out pretty well, overall im getting more fps than on dm_lockdown. ive used sounds from the ravenholm levels, traps from them, actually, it could just be from the game :roll: yes, i know, bad inspiration...

i hope there are ppl around here knowing better than me what the average multiplayer map can handle so i can see if i can add some more detail or not. since im used to singleplayer maps i dont know how far i can go with mp. so feel free to cemment about the amount of stuff/weapons/decals and/or their placement

bug reports are also welcome, so far ive found:
-textures of broken buildings concrete was from a model
-texture of a door close to it was also model
-broken propellortrap's propellor cant be picked up
-one of the windows (the broken one) near the fire in the middle is too
black
-wind sound is too loud

are you using prop_physics_multiplayer for the spinning blade?

Just wondering. Will the trap kills count toward a player score or just coutn as a suicide?

if this is my latest, then no, i havent. i had less lag with this map than with valve's maps, therefore there was no need for me...but i am trying to improve it, i hope the lag will get better too...
