Also, to blink/dux/haxel/sigs/cr4ig, would it be alright if one of you could host it on interlopers once the sites back up?

Very nice map but its not done. Your canyon walls cut off at the top and look very ugly. I suggest making them higher and then curving them outwards at the top. Make sure that the player thinks that they are actually in a canyon and nut just a floating platform of brushes.

If he raises them too much then he will have a lighting problem.

I think spartan has a point. The main canyon walls all end pretty roughly, and they're all at roughly the same height which doesnt help the visuals. If you still have the VMF do a bit of 3D skyboxing - it's perfect for this kind of solution. Just some 3D skybox caps on the canyon walls.

looks pretty cool though, a big improvement from the WIP shots you put up. wouldn't mind having a play on this at all.

EDIT: yea i found it. ill try and fix the canyon walls but it wont be easy.

Buy yourself a USB flash drive. You'll thank me later. The things are wonderful for anything you want to keep backups of or move over to other computers. cough*rmf file*cough

i decided that id gone a bit apeshit with the little bushes, and went round and deletd about half of them. i also doubled the height of the cliffs, which seems to give it a more inescapable, claustrophobic feel. im in the process of adding trees to the tops of the cliffs atm.
