[Portal 2] Infinifling

Whaddup dudes and women. Been working on this map just for the contest we're having over at TWP. Copy pasta from TWP directly:

Infinifling pits the player directly into a chamber filled with redirections (we had to have some) and mechanics built on prevailing mid-air portaling techniques, though with less difficulty and more fun.

This is still a bit of a wip, but I suppose you can call it a Release candidate. Crits and crots would be greatly appreciated.

Do Portal 2 mappers actually edit stuff done before or make froms scratch

All of these are fucking close to original ones...

It looks great. Nice job with Wheatley and Glados having lines. The puzzle is intuitive. My only complaint is that it's easy and very short. I was in and out in about 2 minutes.

Portal 2 uses a new feature called Instancing. It's basically where you place many VMF files inside one big one. It's similar to prefabbing, but when you edit a specific instance, it changes that instance accordingly in any other VMF it was placed in. Most of the instances Valve provided are really useful or common structures and machines; things like elevator rooms, animated panels, and laser nodes and whatnot.

Expect some cookie-cutter looks at least. This map in particular looks pretty solid overall.

Short yet enjoyable.

Only 1 real complaint, the floor that falls away. It just, well... falls away. All of the tiles falling at exactly the same angle, all of them falling at the same second. No warning. It feels like there should have been an explosion or some more refinement of some kind here. Apart from that, this map is superb. Literally up there with the Valve maps.
