As it is desert so 3D skybox is with desert around with few palms and few distant houses.

I tried shadows at polygon precision, but apearently leaves on those palms are so dense so I got almost same shadow blob :) , so I left map with collision model shadowing.

perhaps you could make some block_light brushes into the same shape of the model, to include tree trunk and leaves, then disable shadows on the models themselves...

I hate the Dust theme due to it being painfully overused, but this is still a pretty nice looking map.

No need to bother with that, because shadows at polygon precision gives you precise shadow, and exact shadow for this model looks like "blob". :)

Woah, I had forgotten that I even uploaded this map. It was one of my very first cs:s maps I made when I was 15, so as you probably noticed, there wasn't any creativity involved in the making of this map. :p (And some areas just don't make any sense, you would never see them IRL).

Thanks for cleaning it up. Also, I hope you removed my ugly ass 'grantax' decal. :D
