Ok, so I gave it go by having a tour around the level.
At first: very promising! I spawned inside and I could see a lot of interesting gameplay options. The plants, the upper floor overlooking the one below and fences as obstacles. I would however make sure these fences do not make it cumbersome to navigate the area. I would have a critical look as to how people play in that area and they seem like they are enjoying it.
Outside I saw the third rocket launcher and 'turbo''-blocks on the floor and thought this is huuuge! The turbo blocks can help but they felt very awkward to use... Make the push wider? Higher? (so jumping doesn't cause strange behaviour) I can't really judge these turbos right now as I haven't played HL2DM with a mechanic like that. Maybe it helps players traverse the large spaces... I don't know.
Outside, for explorers as I am, there are a lot of sudden invisible walls which really are a no, no in this day and age IMO.
Something I was missing were physics props. My gravgun fetish is not being met here and that gun is sort of the distinguishing characteristic of HL2DM! There were indestructible crates in a truck that normally can be picked up, thrown around etc. and players will find it annoying getting out the gravity gun and finding out it is of no use there.
Overall the map is really big and empty which makes it gameplay-wise rather bland. The best part of the level is the inside bit with the nice, no gorgeous, lighting.
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate your work and visually it's really refreshing! But it's just lacking in many places. Think about sniper areas, crawling vents, additional height differences, ladders?
I hope I haven't been to hard with my feedback but this map really has potential and I admire the work that has been put into the map. Just scale it down (If it wasn't the intention to create a rocket-launcher map), get some more sub-routes in there and props props props!
Good luck!
