First of all, immediately when looking at I went "Ah! Chernobyl!" So good work on that ;)
But there are a few nagging things that stick out as something very American:
Firstly, the yellow parking lines with the yellow stopping bricky things? Rarely seen in ex-Soviet bloc; never seen those stoppy blocky things and yellow lines usually mean NO parking.
Second, the van doesn't fit, I've ever only seen one outside of American Beauty Car Show event.
Otherwise, amazing work.

I have to admit, I looked through the screens and thought nothing of it. One I'd read the description I THEN saw the power plant. Derp.

Personally I think it feels a little...ehh. Museum and Gwalior had a really distinctive feel to them, lots of strong colours and ethnic misé-en-scene. This map is gorgeous, with awesome geometry and fantastic detailing, but it's a bit lifeless in terms of colour and atmosphere. The only area that really seems distinctive to me is the warehouse with the van in.

But hey, not everything has to be a hyperreal eye-rape colourthon, so whatever!

Oh forgot to mention, it looks a lot like the outer areas in the Call of Duty 4 silo map, and I enjoyed the bland Russian atmosphere. I mean Banter, it IS hyperreal!
