Get here for now. I am also posting on here- http://csm2.net/, but have not been approved yet, I will submit the link when I get it.

Check out that site for you hosting needs. I am looking for others and hope to compile a list of hosting sites. Maybe we could get a sticky in here for hosting sites.

It look like even if you're half ass they will still host your map.

I hope you enjoy the map as much a I did making it. I hope it runs well, as I broke about every rule for mapping, one being no large open areas. This was a learning map for the new hammer tools too. Its also a fansty map I have always wanted to play, so if no one likes it, it won't hurt my feelings at all. I will be hosting from my box tonight for about 8 or 10 players if anyone would like to join me.

A very cool map, good work getting a decent one together. Good maps get hosted on interlopers if you want.

ive gone and played it now, and i really like it. Just a few things that some mite not pick up on but i do.

http://img153.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img153& ... 0005qb.jpg

Brushes dont line up coz of the way u use displacement. If your are going to displace 1 brush, select the brushes that touch it aswell to make sure the all line up.

Same thing again only not as bad. The other thing was the grass texture did not allign and u could see the joins between brushes, but as i said - really a nice map. 1 of the better Source maps made so far, bar the valve 1's.

If you only knew about that the 1st screen shot! I had to fold the roof down to make a fit, not a best pratice method, but I had to what I had to do, given the switch from BSP brushes to displacement. If you more closely you can see a room in behind there. Same with the 2nd screen shot, I had to work displacement brushes around my BSP brushes. You know I spent hours looking and writing down any little that was wrong and I still see a couple of areas that could use some tweaking too. There is one piece that I must of ran over a thousand times and did not notice it until after I release the map. If was city map or indoor things would have been a little easy to spot. There was a lot of stuff that I did not even notice, so thx to every one who helped me see the light. Hopefully now people will play it online, I am itching to blow someone off the top the falls.

Ha, I was getting upset that my map was was not being downloaded or played. I know it not the best map out there but it's far from the worst. Time to move and make better maps, and not to worry about it. So, later, now, I hopped back to this site the checked it out, there are 4 CS:S DE maps and I am whipping their ass in downloads, even though they were there longer. I cannot copy the link right but you can find it here -

http://csm2.net/

Almost 1000 downloads.
