Speed Challenge 15 - School

Postby RawMeat3000 on Sat Apr 11, 2009 6:34 pm

Hello and welcome to another exiting edition of the speed challenges! In this week's battle you'll be creating something familiar to all of us. Schools. Or the things that inhabit schools anyway. Desks, gymnasiums, and crappy old computers, to name a few.

As usual your final images should be completed in around 2 hours. When I say that I mean for you to include render time, and anything other time you spend editing to create your final. Post renders, wireframes, polycounts, and time spent in this thread.

Your assignment is due Tuesday evening GMT, or Tuesday morning PST.

Sorry guys, I'd be in but it's too late and I'd forgotten about this one :(

I started it on Saturday morning, silly. And I usually try to start them on Friday nights, but forgot.

I'll extend it another 24 hours though, so everyone has more time. It'll end on Wednesday morning-ish PST.

Also, a place I'm all too familiar with

I think there should be a clarification whether modelling challenges require to you to model objects like jister's bag, or scenes.

If it is modelling scenes, I see no difference between the map battles and this.

its very different, if you made that in hammer it would be a box with props in it,
here you made everything from scratch...
