well, i thought its all about "plush" and plush doesnt need a particualr nose. although its some baby-toy-plush-thing. ^^

Looks good. I like those creatures from Pitch Black as well.

My suggestion would be looking up some render tutorials and rendering it better. :D

stoop - suggestion for your UV map, if I may: since you have a linear join between polys in the middle of the fish that looks like it bisects the fish (looks like a plane just sliced right through), you could chop the unwrap of the fish's body in half, and...

Thanks for the suggestion... but If I did a simple render was not 'cause of the lack of knowledge, but 'cause the lack of time and my noobness about this challenges.. (I mean, not sure about what's allowed and what is not..) ^^ thx anyway :)

998 tris (had 1000 first but then I tried something and failed, had to re do it and if I subdived it became 1002 tris...)

945 triangles and it probably took me a good 5-6 hours to make.

I think I'm going to extend this battle until Sunday, since I don't think there'll be another challenge this week (I don't like having polls and battles running at the same time). So there's still time for anyone who was thinking about joining.
