Poly Limit Challenge 2 - Plush (Vote and Final Images)

Pretty good competition, all things considered. The fact that I randomly introduced texturing right in the middle of the battle probably didn't help attracting contestants. The theme probably didn't either. So unless they get requested, texturing and themes that require organic models are out the door and banished.

I do congratulate and thank everyone who took part in this battle. I was afraid it would fail.

Was a difficult decision between ankhsethamon and source-maps, but in the end, I leaned towards source-maps.

About RawMeat3000's model, it looks way more blocky than any other contestant's work.
That's why I didn't vote for it.

I voted RawMeat because honestly, he managed to put tons of detail on his so very poly-limited model.
I thought Kenny sure looked the best, but it's not such a surprise as the model is very simple in comparison. So source-maps should definitely win the best looking model, but Raw sure deserves the trophy for accomplishing something like that in this challenge. Only my 2 cents

ankh's model was probably the most technically challenging imo and sourcemaps did a great job getting that hi polycount down.

stoop's one i thought did the best in terms of intergrating the model and texture. And also the cleanest.

and nukem's mouse thing is just plain awesome. Who needs acid with colours like that :P
