what does "fy" mean as in "fy_iceworld"

Can someone tell me what the abreviations for the maps mean. I keep seeing them being used and am tired of being confused

u r both rite - it stands for fantasy and is normally a crappy box map

fantasy, as in something you can't see in the real world, after this you should realise that all other map types, should be as realistic as possible.. and yes FY usually stand for a crap map

i dont think there are any climber maps for source yet due to the way the new engine broke the way climber maps were based on. i hear the makers of the climber maps are creating their own mod so we can enjoy climber maps in source.
