It's an env_lightglow plus a few point_spotlight
You think I will show you Photoshopped screens?!!! 
I'm working on some script sequences now, they're so damn hard to pull out properly, escpecially the cheograph scene stuff.

ooh looks lovely. one minor niggle is the unrealistically titled 'collapsed' buildings in the menu screen. any builidng tilted that far over would have falled. but it looks loverly. keep us posted. get a team together, this'll be cool if it comes along quicker.
