wooden walls are much better for sound purposes...concrete is also good for sound purposes, but only when you are trying to masturbate using explosions in a movie

Began placeing out stuff today.

Here's a pic of an office. Note there's no lights. Takes less time to compile without lights.

If your careful about the layout of the cinema then it could turn out to be a very fun CSS map.

This argument is pretty much irrelevent to mapping tbh. It's whatever looks good and has the right mood. I think the wood panelling looks ok. Maybe not strictly realistic in all cases, but it'll be fine.

Yokai i seriously doubt your cinema has plain concrete walls. Probably plastered. Plain concrete'd give shite acoustics.

Map looks nice, if your layout sketches turn out as playable as they looked then this'll be a quality map given time.

checked the time to get to the main hall. Takes 6-7 seconds for t to get there from both ways and 3 seconds form one side and 6 from another for ct. Gonne move the 3 second door to another place to make the main hall a meeting place.

That paiting looks shit with shadows. The chair does not.

Look at it from a design perspective, some should have shadows, some should not.

Also, I completely hate the walltexture in the picture. Give it more depth (The texture) and it'll look alot better. *Please?*
