This is some really cool stuff.:D It's awesome that you're letting the community benefit from your work.

oh and it's probably in another thread, but I couldn't find it so- where are you going for 2 years?

Here's an upcoming release. The final release will not bear definite resemblance to an LDS temple. For one, I don't want deathmatch associated with a holy temple of God. Secondly, this is for a client, and this version is for a logo animation; he requested a combination of an LDS temple and a castle. The final release will just look like a castle/cathedral.

But here it is so far:

I have to go! Well, I don't have to, but I want to, and that's my choice. I can make sweet maps when I get back, too. In the mean time, make good use of these ones.

Also, here's the songs I made for the logo animation. Both are 17 seconds long.

Now the toughest part about this will be making the camera in hammer.... and making it do what I want.

Damn Makkon. I promise to make Wretched and Concrete great and successful maps for you! The structure in Wretched is really freaking cool, and the design of concrete is cool as well. Great mapping skills man, keep at it and yeah, thanks for the Xmas present.

Yes I know I'm reviving this thread. Friend of Makkon's here. We've been sending letters to each other, his doing extremely well! His a bit curious if anything has happened with his maps, any progress, any alternations. His quite keen to see it! he quotes;
Hey, I've been curious as to what people have been doing with those maps I've sent. Could you give Interlopers a peek and check it out?

I took Dm_Concrete made two maps with it for CSS:

Zm_Concrete_Beta

Fk_Stalker_Concrete

They have the same layout, but different lighting and gameplay. I'm currently in the process of making Fk_Stalker_Concrete_v2. In fact I'm doing a new build of it tonight.

Let Makkon know that it's liked by many of the people who have played it, if not all.

shoot, i'm glad you bumped it. this stuff is an excellent resource for a nub like myself. i'll be downloading all of it once i get home. couldn't be better timed too since i had to recently restage my machine. any of the "learning" content i had collected is gone.

let Makkon know someone else had gathered the stuff. I'll post anything i do with it here, and if i can remember, shoot you a PM. tell Makkon thanks for me!

I never actually used them, but I did play through them and look through the vmf's, and got both a whole lot of ideas and learned a few new techniques.
Thanks again!
i had fun once, and it was awful.

Well isn't this just amazing! All this time you were gone and sure enough you show up like this again. Too bad this was before my time here, or I definitely would have liked to look at these.
