Is that "Attack of the bleached blonde biker bimbo" I see on at the cinema?

Loving it so far, keep on with it and make sure it doesn't end up too clean...

I've implimented the road as best I could. Due to the way the road textures are contructed I can't make the inner corner round.

I'm currently working on getting the interior areas to the same stage as outside before detailing the map with custom models and overlays.

it looks pretty good but lacking detail, what worrise me is how steep that slanted road gets, that completley unrealistic to curve that sharply. the actual angle is fine but it would be eased in/out of more.

Very good points Angry Beaver. Wesley Tack pointed out the same road issue to me. I made the slope to reduce vis but didn't consider the functionality of the road, it's been fixed.

I agree it's lacking detail. I need to get the interior to the same stage as outside before I detail the map with props, overlays, 3d skybox, lighting, colour correction and a soundscape.

Myself and kan3 (an awesome modeler/texture artist) are making a ton of custom models for the map including a massive street furniture set, billboards, a bus and much more. Also, Spine from http://www.texturehub.net/ is contributing some cool textures including the parody building signage visable in some of those screens.

Final product will probably be over 90% custom content

I love the looks of this map! There's some solid architecture from the WIP thus far. Put a bad ass skybox in this and ship it. :-D I wont steal your thread but something like this I would love to see. http://knights.interlopers.net/images/s ... okyo07.jpg Give it depth and feel. Keep at it!

That is badass Knights :-D. By no means thread stealing, I'm here for suggestions. Already had a 3d Skybox in mind though it'll probably be the last thing I get around too.

Wesley Tack (awesome mapper/founder of Off-Limits) gave me some useful tips and crits for the outside areas including a reduction in the severity of the slope in the road amongst other things.

Hopefully I'll have some WIP shots of the interior soon....

Interior WIPs, around 10% complete. Lighting is temporary, also need to add wall light fixtures. Have some cool usable props under construction.
