Yes, those who have played FFIX will somewhat remember the name (besides making it ROO i made it RUE for it to make sense...). I loved that area and decided it would kick if it were a map. so here it goes. I only have the layout for now but i will be really working on it durring the weekend (after a finish cs_boa_gold)

Please Give Feedback, im sorry for the lack of detail :shock:

Sorry that it looks so horrid, but im pretty sure the map is ganna rock. I was just wondering if the layout looked well and good for CS:S. There may be a problem/question : if you compare the player size to the rout in the bigger rooms, do you think they would fall off those platforms?

See, the map is ganna be this mining cave like expiriance. and its supposed to be a mining place see (note: Fossil and rue (french For Street) : In translation : Fossilstreet ) and those paths you see in the big rooms are walkways (the black) and the Blue are like mining carts (I plan there to be a trap where there are mine carts on top of the raiting and you can shoot them down from below and see em fall on the enemy). Would I want ot put a clip around it or what?

i cant decifer is from all the scribble :(

i cant draw worth crap anyways, but ll that matters is that YOU know what your doing :P

Or you can read the discription below the image... that may help... reading?

cant start a map without a layout.

Im drawing more cencept at the moment, youll see the first screens in about 2 WEEKS

IM going to get chinese food ~.~ yumm....

+ I was the first t odo sketches, but atleast I have some media....

does anyone like the concept?

I'm guessing the black outside the rooms are tunnels and not walkways?

The only thing I'm not sure about is replayability/different tactics. I generally like having more than one way of getting to a bomb site... and your map doesn't really allow that.

You really only have two paths for the terrorists... along the right and up to B, or along the left and up to A (or continuing past A for some odd reason to goto B).

If you just make up a bunch of square rooms with the same layout you can see how playable it is...

A = had 3 ways

B = has 1 (but im gannafix that... dont you worry)

the black is just tunuls BELOW the other tunnels... youll see

I think I had the scale off... I saw the three lines going to A, but picture them all as being open to each other.

If you've already thought of it though... nevermind:)

lol im having major problems with the cave stuff but IM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP UTNILL MY EYES BLEED SOME BLUE COLORED STUFF

if anyone can give some suggestions (that is not that tutorial) let me know,

Should i do layout first, then displacments, then the bridges and gigantic pillar like stuff then the train tracks? or so i just do it step by step, cause step by step is really hard with this cave thing lol
