I'm digging the shadows and lightmaps, but that light is way too blue, looks way artificial. The better way to achieve the look your going for is to use the slightly light blue light you see in the real world for flourescent bulbs and create the blue hues with color correction. You can see the effect in my signature below. Check out the article on color correction at the Valve wiki. If you've been learning photoshop, the process should be really easy to understand.

Then again, looking at how saturated everything it is, it looks like your already using color correction? If so desaturate the hell out of the blue channel!
