Can other users make submissions to the map pack? If its verified with you of course. I just think it would allow for more types of puzzles.

No, I've worked on my own up to this point, and I intend to finish on my own :P

I'm not gonna make an estimate. I can tell you how much I have done, (I'm working on the last map, and tweaking all the rest) or how much I have left to do (a decent amount) but I refuse to make a time estimate. I seem to be stuck in a bubble of Valve Time.
I do plan on using this as a portfolio piece in my college application, so... erm... before I apply to college.

*Update*
Finished re-making intro. Just need to remake some GLaDOS lines for it and map 1 will be complete.
Map 2 just needs a new GLaDOS line.
Map 3 is done, just needs a compile.
Map 4 is done, just needs a compile.
Maps 5 and 6 I don't remember how much work they need.
Map 7 needs some gameplay and scripted sequence tweaks, as well as some new GLaDOS lines.
Map 8 is playable, or at least half of it is. Need to work on entire second half, and tweak some bits on the beginning.

Map 1 is done and pak'd.
Maps 2 - 4 remain the same.
Maps 5 and 6 also need final compile + pak.
Maps 7 and 8 need the most work.

When playing Portal the first time, the chambers looked so hygienic and modern and science fiction like...

Now that I've seen Portal 2, everything looks old and typical XD

Noticed it after seeing these screenies. They are nonetheless very good, keep it up and release hard!!
