Yeah the interior of the third hotel is kinda dull because there are no props.

Last shot is kinda boxy but other than that, this really is reminding me the first safehouse street in GTA: Vice City, the street full of hotels.

Sorry, but I've decided to do the mapping part completely myself.

Although, how good of a mapper are you?
If you could keep the overall level of detail and style matching with the rest of the map, then why not.

some parts of your map look a bit cartoony .. not that its bad looking but I think your aim is realism?

The clean and simple textures make it look cartoony, a real city has lots of graffiti, dirt on the ground and overall a LOT more detail (I know that this are WIP shots, but the screens I see now could use a lot more texture/brushwork detail. I really like what you're going for and I understand that some people just want to give the clean look a try, but it will be a lot harder to make a realistic and clean map that doesn't look fake/cartoony.

yep what punky said, mainly because of the textures
they look cool but they could use some dirt... especially the road
Im digging your map though :) I myself find it hard to map realistic urban scenes
