Okay, now we have our own thread. :)

I am currently at home, but I can give some information anyway. I will post some pictures of my work at the end of next week. I am creating a lot of the art stuff we will use for the map. There will be different abstract paintings for the walls. I created some of those already, and some of them are really cool, me and Vivi think. There will be sculptures, too. We will of course use the sofas and cubic shelves and some of the textures you have already seen.
We will need to create more textures and models for the outdoor stuff, but as we both are mappers, modellers and texture artist (me not the greatest texture artist, I admit), we are confident.

If someone has ideas for a cool map name, you are welcome, of course.
My personal idea would be: fy_redglove, which is some kind of reference to Mirror's Edge.

Can't wait to be in reach of my PC again to continue working on the awesome stuff :-D

I think the jump across the middle might be too slow... but you're probably best to leave it until test palying... which i'd be interested in taking part in ;)

There is a low grav trigger along with a slow mo volume there so the server actually slows down time. This will set to random so it doesn't occur every time someone jumps across the middle (that would get annoying I'm sure!) BUT! if testing proves other wise it will either get completely removed or it will stay in at random times.

Testing will prob occur Wednesday during 12 pm central American time! Add me on steam "General Vivi"

We will prob all get into a chat and then play for like 30-40 mins. I just need to get some feedback. Then I can move onto other parts of the map.

Hey, good to see you working on the stuff, Vivi. Will be exciting to detail it with custom props and textures. See you on monday evening (monday lunch time for you!) on Steam.

We will totally need to make our own fence models, can't stand to see those old stuff in our map :-D

That gravity thing is going to be annoying as hell for those that aren't jumping at that particular moment in time.

Shite! I didn't even realize this! Perhaps I can do a "!activator" thing and have it only effect 1 person?... or maybe there is a anti gravity volume that i can put in... OR perhaps I'll just try a push volume that goes vertical. (push volume sounds like the best option) Thanks for the heads up Psy.

yeah one that doesnt slow down time would be interesting.

I'll be there for that playtest. Sounds like fun. :)

Yeah, the annoying thing about host_timescale is that it works for everybody. And you can't really slow one player down because that would make him more vulnerable and you will be basically be trying to time travel. which is not possible. So far.

A push volume sounds like the best option to me.
