finishing up my bridge idea....bombs or hosties or gungame....i'm thinkin a gun game level; below is the vmf file in zip format, only thing small enough to fit on the board, compile took awhile... :oops:

I see, you copy-pasted your houses again?
And compile shouldn't really take that long on such a small map, there must be some complex brushwork or something in there that isn't func_detal.

it hangs up on vvis.exe...PortalFLow....I think it's water reflections.... it only started when I added an invisible wall,
and four of those houses run 50+fps on an AMD athlon 2600 with a nVidia7300GT

use filefactory or something for uploading the BSP, optimize the map, and make it less linear.

people dont want to download something, wait 2 hours for a compile and play with for 3 minutes..
Source is my way of life, if i didn't have it, i'd be tearing down walls and altering my house all the time.
