That skybox is hawt! Can't really see anything else (like you mentioned) but the shadow of the building :-D What's this for? Can you go inside the plant?

It looks like the building is reachable, looking at the doors on the left side of the first picture. The thing is, those doors and what little I can see inside ... makes the building look much smaller than it should IRL. Overall, the whole thing looks great, but I would like to see an overhead shot of the map. Also, is this the finale map or is there something else in mind?

Yeah, you can go inside. It's the final map for the campaign.
The screenshots are from the last media update and I can't really show anything else since I'm not supposed to spoil the finale until the mods release. Maybe I can post some better shots when I do a full compile in a couple of days.

at 0:14 you can see doors and light next to it.
I think that you should either remove it completely, or change it because it doesnt look very natural. cage light may be the best option here

the one you got there just bugs me

There's actually supposed to be a sign under the fluorescent light but the overlay wasn't applied correctly and is not showing up.

still, the model of the lamp is not fitting the place very well, maybe it would be better as a vertical light?

The spotlights on the big yellow spinning spotlight looks far too opaque, apart from that it really makes me want to replay portal 2.


In other news.
I think I posted a few screens from something I was working on about 7-10 months ago which never got finished. Well I happened to find the original files on my portable hdd after I moved to the US and finished what was left.

Don't hate on the model and texture work, I made this nearly a year ago with beginner modeling knowledge. The biggest overhaul I did was just the skybox since it was looking pretty weeny before. I could've improved it even more but I am short on time and just wanted to get this out.

Working on an underground city for my mod. (Trying to make it a normal city, and then add on some sci-fi post-apoc feel).

Don't ask me how it functions yet - my experiments with an underground sun have had mixed results. And that there are trees was a result of the underground sun but perhaps now they can be self-sustaining somehow.

Practicalities pending. :)

Obviously the far wall is WIP -> leaving the more complicated displacement till last.

The lighting in that first shot looks excellent. The map gives the impression of a puzzle game to me, judging by the screenshots.
