Yeah, Pitch Black takes a while to get going, but it's definitely worth watching. The new movie has a similar setting and plot, since they wanted to try to "go back to the roots" of the series. But it has a much faster pace. Not a classic like Pitch Black, though.

And Chronicles of Riddick is publicly considered downright terrible. But I personally like it for the simple fact that it's Riddick.

Just a question CalebMichal!
Why not work on L4D2 instead No More Room In Hell?

I take you mean the games? Well, im not sure what´s publicly said about them but I found two very solid games when playing them. I loved the unique visuals, the challenging combat, the mini stories behind each character, etc. And I wasn´t baised because I didn´t even know there was a movies character named Riddick.

I just started mapping in late November of last year only because NMRiH lets you launch hammer preconfigured.

NMRiH doesn't have painstaking NAV generation, I'd say that's a good reason not to work with L4D2.

Nice to see some new members actually mapping though.

Awesome! I hope 6thRB uploads it to their server since that's really the only server I play on.

They just added a nav blocker entity to NMRiH this last update that can be toggled on and off as well.
I don't know if you have to build the nav mesh by hand in L4D2, but if so I'm not even considering mapping for it.

Hah, no theres been auto nav generation as long as Source has had nav meshes. Takes a good amount of tweaking after generation though.
