Looking good. You could just use fullbright. Would speed up development compiles and light everything, making it easier to dev-test. Either by using the console command mat_fullbright 1, or by not having any light entities, causing it to automatically enable fullbright.
Only thing is, and it's hard to tell from here, but the room sizes could become a bit uneven. Like the massive chamber in the first screenshot, then the smaller corridor with the combine, then the larger one with the crates/double doors and so forth.
