Glad you like the site,

Good start on the map there although I think som more variation is needed m8, there are plenty of props and textures to spice up your maps, so try varying things to make it a bit less square and uniform.

Also those red lights are a bit harsh, perhaps dim them a tad.

Btw, my computer restarted accidently while hammer was running (formally known as a WTF >:( because I lost my save) and I now can't run it in the textured mode because it seems to lag and die when it see's a texture. Anyone else had this? maybe a restart will fix it. :D

I introduce the tran(zen)-dementional slingshot teleporter thingy. (if anyone can remember the name i'll be gratefull)

Some random people came onto my laggy server and helped me test.


Ok, now a few questions, is there any good way of making prop_dynamic solid, without using bounding box (or whatever it is) because that makes it not standable in.

And another thing, atm its one way, but do you think it would be better if it were two way, you could put an object on and get one in return. :D

If you are wondering, the bug underneath the teleporter is due to some funky no-draw work by me, its the way i made the teleporter solid to walk on. Not the most ideal way and any better way will be welcomed.

Anyw00t, comments, suggestions?

Well, the plan is that if im going to do it two way, when you use the teleporter it will take you to zen first (for a split second) and then take you to the recieving teleporter.

Allthough, I believe the slingshot thingy means it avoids zen alltogether?

Ok, the map is now allmost complete. The dual teleporters work great, and have been tested lots. :D

Two questions though, how do you make glass two way? The tutorial on the site doesn't work when you apply it to two faces. (and when you apply it to one it doesn't go on the other site)

Second thing, can anyone host it?

u only apply it to 1 side thats y - and depending on size we could mayb host it.

Changed the texture,

The map is complete, and its about 500kb rarred up. Well, I need to add some weapon and player spawns but its as good as.

That small enough for you?

I'll get some screens now btw.
