Geometry could use some improving, particularly in the room with stairs.
Some minor stuff which might just be unfinished work,
Disembodied light in 3rd picture.
Do the stairs first steps raise above the floor in the fourth pic?
graffiti seems a little out of place, and maybe more railings in the fourth pic.
Besides those nitpicks It looks good so far!
(Just a suggestion, when you make more progress the map pimpage thread might be more suitable for the odd picture here and there.)
Yup. Decals. Got it. I have to learn that dirty walls look better than clean ones...
The room with the stairs was the first room I created. I'm going to improve it later.

Right now I just wanna keep the tempo up so I don't get stuck with tiny details (I tend to do that a lot and then lose interest).
The "disembodied light" actually has a model. It's just too bright to see it until the HDR adjusts. I might make it a bit darker though...
I'm impressed that you saw the 1 unit difference on the stairs.

I'm going to fix that.
About railings... Is it a big no-no to do this with blocks or should I use the models?
Gradius wrote:Yes. Use the stairs prefab to get a better idea of how to proportion them, there are also a few stair-specific textures in the texture browser.
Yeah, I know about the stair prefab and textures. I wanted really steep stairs though.
