Looks very impressive and that is also an impressive timescale. I assume your on holiday or something?

It remains to be seen as to how it plays :)

I'm guessing there will be 'patches' :P
Also, I declare that this certain deadline + later patching style of making stuff be named EAing it.

Well the great thing about maps is that you can release beta versions, and eventually release a Final version based on feedback gathered by players. The idea here is to get it as "finished" as possible to hit the first beta. I feel that if anything will make it final, it should only be minor tweaking gathered from gameplay testing, and real-time scenarios on servers.

More or less the whole thing with most multiplayer maps in general is playtesting, and tons of it/ Sometimes it's hard to get that feedback, and the only real way to do it is by releasing iterative versions, aka patches.

Of course I mean this all from a custom mapper perspective. Obviously studios have tons of internal playtesting, but even then fresh eyes really help out.

Well there is only so much that can be altered tbh without the original layout becoming worthless. And I know very well the design process, I have released maps before.

So as I said. It remains to be seen how it plays. Which it does.

I think the horizon behind the blue spawn needs more variation.

actually it's been running on a test server right now. It went beta and released, but I haven't put it up anywhere else. I'm probably going to release a seriously finalized version VERY soon.
