well im getting there with the optimization it was 1 hour to get from 0 to 1 now it finishes vvis in the same hour.
The roof are a bitch though I had to propper them as I'm so close to the t-junction limit.

Just throwing out a thought you should try to get some cherry blossom trees to really add to the realism and color.

You sir have no idea how long I've been looking for a cherry blossom model its driving me nuts.
